Sydney Hofer, DMD

Dr. Hofer is also a graduate of Farmington High school, and has always dreamt of being a dentist since a young age. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and Interdisciplinary Perspectives on Health from University of Connecticut where she graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Honors Program. She attended the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine and graduated with her Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2018. Dr. Hofer was the president of her dental class and upon graduation was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. She was also awarded the American College of Dentists Outstanding Student Leader award and the Quintessence Award for Clinical Achievement in Periodontics. Dr. Hofer continued her education and New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital where she completed a general practice residency.

Dr. Hofer loves general dentistry because it allows her to connect with her patients and coordinate care that best serves their overall dental health. She is always looking to learn a new technique or procedure that will help her patients!

Dr. Hofer lives in the Farmington area with her husband, Matt. In her free time she enjoys baking, watching sports, crafting, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
