At Farmington Family Dentistry we offer an in-house savings plan for all your dental needs.

The Smart Smiles Savings Plan is for our patients who do not have dental insurance. We offer this program to help make dental work more affordable for our patients.

The savings plan for $425/ year includes the following savings:

  • 2 Periodic Exams
  • 2 Cleanings
  • 2 Oral Cancer Screenings
  • Fluoride Treatments As Needed
  • All Needed Radiographs
  • One Emergency Visit
  • 20% Off All Restorative Procedures
  • 15% Off Procedures That Require Lab Work
  • 10% Off Dental Products
  • $500 Off Invisalign Treatment

There are no yearly maximums, waiting periods, pre-authorizations or preexisting condition limitations.
